Let's join hands and step onto different lands, experiencing the unique charm of some corners of Cambodia.

Our Top 3 Mission:

Throughout the medical mission, we not only walk hand in hand with local villagers but also explore alongside our volunteer companions through the rich historical and cultural heritage of Cambodia. Here, everyone is a messenger of care, and each participation is a beacon of hope.

We are now recruiting:

• Medical Professionals: Dentists, Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, and other individuals with relevant medical backgrounds.
• General Volunteers: Working professionals, Students, Retirees.

Important notice:

1. Departure Dates: July 24, 2024 (Wednesday) - July 29, 2024 (Monday), totaling six days and five nights.【China Airlines - Taipei (Taoyuan/TPE) / Phnom Penh (Phnom Penh/PNH)】
    
2. Fee Description:
   ※ Total Fee/per person:
   NT$39,000 (based on double occupancy; single occupancy requires an additional NT$5,000).
   
   ※ Participants under 16 years old without parental accompaniment will not be accepted.
   
   ※ Student volunteers over 16 years old without parental accompaniment must sign a parental consent form and an overseas volunteer disclaimer. Additionally, student volunteers must provide their student ID card, and "after completing the trip," submit five photos and a 1000-word reflection.
    
3. Registration is limited to 60 spots. If the quota is exceeded, we will create a waiting list based on the registration time. 

Fee Details:

1. "Includes" round-trip economy class group tickets from Taiwan to Cambodia, visa fees, accommodations, transportation, and meal expenses. ※ We will provide bilingual service certificates for all volunteers in the medical mission team after the trip.

2. "Excludes" expenses for independent travel or transportation to night markets or Angkor Wat sunrise (tuk-tuk fees), Angkor Wat ticket USD 37.
   These will be independently organized at the destination, and participation will be arranged by the commissioned travel agency.

3. Announcement of Acceptance:
   After confirming registration, the list of accepted applicants will be announced on the official website and Facebook page of Formosa Budding Hope Organization, and acceptance notifications will also be sent via email.

4. We will announce the payment deadline for group members through group notices. Please make payment within the specified period.
   Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the qualification to participate in the trip, and replacement will be made by the members on the waiting list.

5. Group notices will be sent via email on June 24th and July 15th. Please pay attention to them at all times.

6. Independent travel arrangements are self-funded activities, and relevant information will be notified separately.

7. Itinerary:

• Day 1 - (July 24, Wednesday): Gather at 4am at Taoyuan Airport / 7:50-9:20(TPE-PNH) / 10:30-17:30 Take a bus to Siem Reap / Evening briefing session for our medical mission team, attendance is mandatory.
   
• Day 2 - (July 25, Thursday): Full-day medical mission , distribution of supplies, free time.
   
• Day 3 - (July 26, Friday): Full-day medical mission, distribution of supplies, free time.
   
• Day 4 - (July 27, Saturday): Full-day medical mission, distribution of supplies, free time, medical mission team sharing session (students must attend).
   
• Day 5 - (July 28, Sunday): 5:00 Sunrise at Angkor Wat / Angkor Wat cultural tour (self-funded activity).
   
• Day 6 - (July 29, Monday): 06:10-12:30 Take a bus back to Phnom Penh / Lunch in downtown Phnom Penh, return flight to Taiwan at 17:10.
